On their arrival (30/7), a bus will transfer the participants (as well as their partners if they wish so) to the “Saint Paul” Mansion. Respectively, a bus will take them to the port for their departure on 07 August.

  • *In order for your ticket to be booked you need to deposit the total amount of money.
  • The offer is valid only for these specific dates and times.

The deposit must have been sent before the 10th of July 2017.

Then, a few days before the beginning of the Festival, the tickets will be sent by courier to the address indicated on the registration form, without further charge.

These tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. They can only be turned into “Open” for later use.

In Posidonia Village, at the “Saint Paul” Mansion, single bed in a four-bed room which includes a washbasin (External/common toilets and showers).

Attention :The number of the rooms available is restricted – priority will be given to the participants who come without partners.

You need to bring together your own pillow cases, bed sheets, towels as well as your personal stuff (e.g. shampoo, toothpaste).

From Monday 31/07/2017 till Saturday 05/08/2017, lunch which includes main course and salad will be served after the end of the morning seminars.

This year, we invite you to discover the astonishing wealth of Syros culinary tradition by eating locally and authentically, with a delicious menou prepared by Maria Krina, a restaurant consultant.

Anyone who would like to offer voluntary work for the Festival (eg. preparation and serving of meals, arrangement of seats where the concerts will take place, etc.) , if you are interested in volunteering, you might mark the options “Food” and “Volunteers” on the registration form. The ten individuals who will send us first their registration form and will express their interest in becoming volunteers, will be added to our group of volunteers. These ten people will be offering their help in turns during the 6 days of the festival, depending on the demands of each day.
